At C4 Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer returns and exchanges on unopened hardware and shelf-stable products within 30 days of purchase.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.

Review Approval

Our team will review your request within 48 hours; please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee beans.

Pack and Ship

Once approved, securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our roastery.

Receive Refund

After we receive and inspect your item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement product immediately.
